(King Bed for 2 people for 2 nights) Large room and large bathroom. Close to main train station (Toulouse Matibiau), only 6min walk. Air Conditioning. Stayed on 7th floor facing main street Pont Riquet. It was during Rugby World Cup, so streets very busy, but I didn't hear a thing. Quiet in hotel; neighbors on either side of us, we could not hear through walls. We could only hear their main door shut. Beds comfortable. Pillows were a B+. Iron and ironing board. Fridge and an electric kettle in room. Cozy robes and slippers. Easy check-in. Double headed shower.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with a very nice fragrance, at the hotel top floor (8th floor). Large bed. Desk was very handy for my laptop and I could use the tv as a monitor. I liked the walk-in shower. A big plus if you need to work from your hotel room. Smiling and attentive staff, I would like to thank Yann. Nice hall with table soccer and free water. A complimentary bottle of water was also found in the fridge, a new one every day. On the whole very good value for money.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, with nearly all the tourist attractions within walking distance. The room is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. One of the staff members, Luca, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He also had a cheerful demeanor, always ready with a smile. He provided us with valuable recommendations for must-visit places and excellent local restaurants to try.

One of the most comfortable beds I slept in during my holiday in Spain. The location is across the road from the train station and there are lots of good eating places nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was delicious, I mainly requested a mushroom omelette for the two days I was there and my daughter had fried egg on toast. There was a selection of fruit and pastries, wasn’t keen on the beans and I’m vegetarian so the sausages were not appealing either. The location of the Pullman is very good walking distance to the Capitol and very close by to the Metro A line. Staff and management go above and beyond to help. Will definitely return.

I booked a suite which was very well equiped and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the service and breakfast did not correspond to a 5 Star hotel.

Great location, close to the train station and city. Exceptional staff, especially Julian and Guillaume, who were courteous and most helpful. Our train to Bordeaux was cancelled the night before we were to leave and Guillaume helped me to find alternative transport to Bordeaux. Excellent breakfast. Good to have access to English language channels on TV.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. They goes extra mile with all the recommendations and request. We asked to upgrade the room and surprisingly get very nice room. Location is super convenient easy connect to everything and walkable to tourist attractions. Room clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit to Toulouse.
